ABOUT THE ROLE
 
The objective of this position is to provide the Country Manager with high quality, reliable and efficient service, inclusive of liaising across departments, brands & teams throughout the Group.
You will need to provide the Country Manager with an exceptional level of administrative & functional support that will allow their time to be used as efficiently as possible.
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Matric, relevant qualification to role
  • Strong Computer Literacy including demonstrated the Microsoft Office package – Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong administration/organizational / interpersonal skills
  • Diary management experience
  • Ability to minimize costs in all areas of the business
  • Knowledge of basic travel and accommodation procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Compilation of departmental and retail reports
  • An understanding of retail processes and procedures
 
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Willingness to actively participate in all work related department activities
  • A positive and confident attitude is essential for this role
  • Being proactive to the needs of the GM Southern in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Flexible with working hours may be required after hours to deal with emergency requirement
