SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's or higher level degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain/Merchandise Management, Finance or business.
  • Five or more years of experience managing within an Head Office Merchandise Environment
  • Retail Planning and Merchandise Management experience > Ability to understand technology and how this impacts supply chain/Merchandise strategies.
  • Experience working in a similar environment preferred OTHER SKILLS,
  • Project management and systems implementation experience
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels in the business
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Aptitude with numbers and understanding of accounting concepts
  • Ability to achieve deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • An understanding of and appreciation of Cotton On’s Core Purpose and Core Values
  • Flexible and thrives on challenge on a day to day basis
  • Reliable & helpful to all co-workers – strong customer service approach
  • A sense of humour!
